Subcollections Are Not Showing on the Collection Page
If your subcollections are not appearing under the main (parent) collection page, don’t worry—this is a common issue and usually quick to fix.
Steps to troubleshoot:
Check Collection Mapping:
Go to the “Collection Mapping” section in the app.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct parent collection.
Confirm that at least one child collection is assigned to it.
Click Save Mapping after making changes.
Theme Compatibility:
Ensure your theme supports app blocks or sections. Most modern Shopify themes do.
If you're using a vintage theme, you may need to manually add the app’s snippet. Instructions are available under the Installation Guide tab in the app.
Check Visibility Settings:
Navigate to the Main Block Settings tab.
Make sure the block is not accidentally disabled for desktop or mobile views.
Ensure subcollection count is set to a number higher than 0.
Clear Cache or Preview in Incognito Mode:
Sometimes browser cache can interfere with how updated changes appear.
Try viewing your collection page in a private/incognito window.
