Subcollections Are Not Showing on the Collection Page
If your subcollections are not appearing under the main (parent) collection page, don’t worry—this is a common issue and usually quick to fix.
Steps to troubleshoot:

Check Collection Mapping:
- Go to the “Collection Mapping” section in the app.
- Make sure you’ve selected the correct parent collection.
- Confirm that at least one child collection is assigned to it.
- Click Save Mapping after making changes.

Theme Compatibility:
- Ensure your theme supports
app blocks
or sections
. Most modern Shopify themes do.
- If you're using a vintage theme, you may need to manually add the app’s snippet. Instructions are available under the Installation Guide tab in the app.

Check Visibility Settings:
- Navigate to the Main Block Settings tab.
- Make sure the block is not accidentally disabled for desktop or mobile views.
- Ensure subcollection count is set to a number higher than 0.

Clear Cache or Preview in Incognito Mode:
- Sometimes browser cache can interfere with how updated changes appear.
- Try viewing your collection page in a private/incognito window.
